Teen Mom 2: Jenelle Calls Out CPS, Claims They Took Her Children Illegally

Teen Mom 2 Jenelle Evans accused CPS of forcibly taking away her children. She said that she saved her kids from them. Now she is taking her time to clear up all the rumors about what happened when Child Protective Services took her children away last year. This followed David Eason shooting their dog and scaring the children. However, Jenelle has now come out to express her take and call out CPS. Let’s have a look.

In April last year, Evans’ ex Nathan Griffith asked police to perform a wellness check on his and Evans’ son Kaiser. He informed the police of David shooting a dog in front of his child. The officers did find him guilty and the children were removed from their custody. After all the backlash, Eason eventually admitted that he shot the dog. He said in his interview that it was a matter of his daughter’s health and safety. Apparently, she was in danger.

Teen Mom 2: Eason Explains Why He Shot The Dog

Eason gave a statement highlighting that the dog was dangerous. He said that he didn’t want to shoot the dog. However, the dog was aggressive and so he had to do what he did. Evans’ husband went on to say that the dog bit her daughter more than one time. So he decided to remove the dog for once and for all. He even said that shooting the dog was cheaper than calling the police. Eason reasoned that police would have suggested euthanizing the dog. However, he did the task himself without paying anyone.

Jenelle And David Explain Their Story On Youtube, Call Out CPS

Now that Jenelle and David are back together, they took to Youtube to share their side of the story. In a video titled ‘I have something to say,’ Eason shared that it was a loving dog for them. However, it didn’t love toward their children. He explained that the dog never played nice with the kids. She would either bite their feet or the wheels on her bicycle. Apparently, the dog had vicious tendencies and the family put up with her for a good long time.

This was followed by Evans drawing upon CPS controversy. She revealed that she simply got a voicemail from Kaiser’s teacher saying his grandmother picked him up. CPS arrived at the daycare, did some interviews and didn’t reveal the details to Evans. They just took Kaiser away ‘with no signed judgment saying that she had any grounds to.’ However, Evans regained custody of her children in July of that year.
