‘Teen Mom 2’s Cole DeBoer Shares His Diet and Workout Plan By Which Lose 15 Lbs, Shed His ‘Dad Bod’

Teen Mom 2 star Cole DeBoer recently completed his now-famous ’75 Hard’ fitness challenge. The star shared what helped him reach the finish line successfully. The fans might note that this challenge is a 75-day plan created by motivational speaker, podcaster, author, and supplement company owner Andy Frisella. Teen Mom 2: Why Did Cole Take The Difficult Challenge?

Cole DeBoer explained that he took the challenge to get rid of his self-proclaimed ‘dad bod.’ Cole had to follow a diet, work out twice a day for at least 45 minutes, and drink four liters of water per day to complete the challenge. That’s not all. He also had to read ten pages of nonfiction per day, take a 5-minute cold shower, and take progress photos every day. Furthermore, he was supposed to perform other unrelated tasks like a random act of kindness or talk to someone in person daily.

Although the challenge might sound tough, Cole thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact, in one of his recent interviews, he shared that doing this challenge was one of the best decisions he’s ever made. DeBoer shared that he needed something more challenging than his regular workouts. He further explained that he has a ‘competitive’ spirit. However, in recent times he turned into a bit of a ‘dad bod’ because of eating everything in sight. He wanted to change and so, when Chelsea mentioned the challenge to him, he decided to go for it.

Cole revealed that his family was involved with him in this challenge. He didn’t want to fail them. That kept him spirited and motivated throughout his plan. By the end of it, Cole lost a total of 15 lbs. He shared that he felt something good after completing the challenge. He feels good, healthy, and just not tired easily. The reality TV star further explained that his diet included eggs, ezekiel bread, avocados, and too much water. He even thanked the supplements for providing him energy.

It was not easy for Cole to workout amidst quarantine. And we would agree that it is hard to stay motivated all the time. However, he did manage to do it all and we are happy for him.
