Marroquin is now prepared to sell his 2245 square foot Dover, Delaware home. The Teen Mom alum bought this beautiful four-bedroom and three-bathroom house in 2018 for $258K. However, TheSun recently exclusively revealed that this house is listed in the market for $419K.

This real estate listing for this house stated, “Welcome to this charming two-story home nestled in the heart of Dover.” It mentioned that the property is well-maintained, and it even offers both comfort and functionality. This makes it perfect for modern living. Its precise brick foundation, tan-colored vinyl siding, and hunter-green shutters add to its beauty. The house is warm and bright because of the abundance of daylight entering through the large windows. It has quite a spacious living room. On the other hand, it even has granite countertops in the kitchen and a stunning fireplace across the kitchen in the family room. This makes the interior of this house livelier.

The outside of the house is equally appealing because of its stunning backyard with a spacious deck and a saltwater pool. This father of two earlier listed this house for sale in May 2022.
