Amber writes that after a huge fight with her ex Gary Shirley, the Teen Mom got involved with another person. However, she accidentally got pregnant. Amber linked up with a “heroin drug addict.” Hence, she decided to terminate the pregnancy. The mother of two explained that it was a very hard decision, and she still gets nightmares about it.

Amber felt devastated and admitted that she was on drugs at that time. Hence, she didn’t acknowledge what she was doing half of the time. The thought of aborting the child haunted her and resulted in sleepless nights. In addition, she and the drug addict parted ways. However, Amber shares that she got chilling news that the “said” man had died one day. The news made her cry because they conceived a child together and Amber felt connected to him.

Portwood was arrested for hitting Shirley. Therefore, when she was released from prison in 2013, she dated an anonymous man. Things resulted in getting Amber pregnant again. However, this time the pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage. The reality TV personality opened up and wrote the incident shook her to the core. She added that even though she didn’t plan to have a child at that time, the loss of losing an unborn is impeccable.
