Amber Portwood is yet to comment on the news of the lawsuit. She lived at the property prior to her breakup with the ex Andrew Glennon. Earlier in August, she rushed to court, accusing Glennon of screwing her. She claimed that their son had a dog bite that Glennon tried to hide from her.

In a clip from March, Amber confessed to suffering from postpartum depression. This led to her abusive behavior. She was terribly upset after learning of Andrew selling her struggle and grief.

In July last year, Amber was arrested on the charges of two accounts of domestic battery and one account of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Her ex Andrew Glennon accused her of hitting him while he was holding their son. Moreover, she threatened to commit suicide, taking an overdose of clonazepam. Following this, Andrew filed for the primary custody of their son. By the month of October, Amber reached a plea deal and was sentenced to 2.5 years of probation.

This was not Amber’s first tryst with law and order. Previously, she has been charged with domestic assault and possession of ‘controlled substance.’
