Dr. Tom Lawler of Vegas Smile Suite performed Sophia’s “fang transformation.” According to the website, the procedure is quite expensive, with single tooth enhancement estimated to cost around $800 to $1,200 per tooth.

Sophia likely got one on both of her canine teeth. The website also claims that the permanent fangs last up to 10–15 years, or even longer if properly maintained. Earlier, the 16-year-old got a large tattoo on her stomach. Fans may recall that last year, Farrah faced heavy criticism after allowing her daughter to get six piercings at once for her 14th birthday.
