The couple turned the event into a fun-filled celebration, playing a series of games to reveal the babies’ genders. There was a special “Goals or Bows” game, where Khesanio kicked soccer balls that released clouds of colorful smoke. The smoke was either pink or blue to indicate the two genders. Hall eventually kicked the pink smoke ball and revealed that they’re expecting twin girls!

Sharing her horror story on Snapchat, Mackenzie reveals that she gained over 20 pounds of water weight in just 48 hours. She was noticing her legs, fingers, and feet swelling up, and it got so bad that she couldn’t even walk. She even checked that her blood pressure had shot up to 158. So, she immediately called the hospital for medical advice. The medical team reviewed her case and told her to come in immediately.

When she reached the hospital, they did a few tests and revealed that there were symptoms of preeclampsia. It was a very scary face from McKenzie, but the doctors assured her that there was no need for an emergency or early delivery. Her babies are safe. She is in her 31st week, with her babies taking up the 97th percentile. While there are several medical complications, McKenzie assured her fans that her babies are healthy and growing just fine.
