Teen Mom’s star Cory Wharton has surprised his fans with some sneak peek into his personal life. The star, along with his partner Taylor Selfridge has documented the birth of their daughter on Teen Mom OG. In the latest development, the Ex On The Beach couple will be showing the final days of Taylor’s pregnancy, leading to their daughter’s birth in a Teen Mom OG Special episode. The Teen Mom OG At Home: Cory & Taylor’s Baby Special is set to release next month, MTV announced.
Wharton and Selfridge’s daughter Mila Mae Wharton was born on April 22. Moreover, Mila is Selfridge’s first child while Wharton is father to a 3-year old daughter Ryder, with her ex Cheyenne Floyd.
What Will The Special Premiere Showcase?
This special premiere will show the final weeks of Taylor’s pregnancy. Taylor reflects upon how Cory and Cheyenne have been around for helping her on her journey. The self-recorded footage will document the couple’s dilemma as they welcome their daughter amidst a global pandemic coronavirus. The whole family is preparing for the child as the pair film it all. In an exclusive sneak peek from the episode, Taylor gets emotional imagining herself alone in the labour room. Wharton asks her what she is scared of, to which she replies in tears, “That they won’t let you come in.”
So yes, Cory was not allowed in the birthing room because of the new rules put in place. And Taylor broke down, hearing this. Despite all the lows, the couple stuck together and welcomed their baby girl. The lives have been tough for both as they were expecting parents while the world is reeling under the impact of coronavirus spread. There is a moment when Taylor says to the baby that she would be coming in a world with people roaming in masks.
