Since they are divorced, they must now adhere to certain rules, including refraining from making disparaging remarks about each other on social media or any public platform.
They fought years-long court battles while blaming each other for several issues. After so many mishaps, the duo agreed to end their court war. They officially divorced on Friday, August 15, at the Hamilton County Court in Tennessee. The U.S. Sun also obtained an exclusive report of the marital dissolution agreement. Both brought their families together, giving their kids a chance to bond. Ryan brought Jagger and Stella, his children from his second marriage, while Maci and her husband Taylor joined with Bentley and their little ones. Amanda, Ryan’s current partner, even shared a picture with Maci and praised the importance of blended families, saying it only works when everyone puts the children first. While adult relationships remain complicated, the kids seemed to enjoy carefree moments, building memories by the ocean. However, McKenzie was missing in the picture.
Teen Mom stars Ryan and McKenzie have finally agreed on their custody arrangement. According to court papers, McKenzie will keep the home and also have primary residential custody of the kids. She purchased the house in November 2019 for $309,900. As per the custody plan, the kids will live with her for 225 days of the year.

On the other hand, Ryan will spend 140 days with the kids. The couple shares a son, Jagger, and a daughter, Stella. Ryan is also included in the parenting plan and will have the kids overnight every Saturday from 10 AM to Sunday at 6 PM. Starting August 16, Phase 2 of the plan allows him to take the children from Thursday after school until Sunday at 6 PM every other weekend.
During weekdays, the kids will stay with their mom, but Ryan will parent them from Thursday after school to Friday morning. Beginning February 2026, he will have the children from Thursday after school until Monday morning every other weekend. The court has detailed this schedule for the upcoming years, and both parents have agreed to it.
Furthermore, Ryan must pay child support. The court ordered him to pay $618 per month. His monthly income is $4,282, while McKenzie earns $4,166. McKenzie also kept the car along with the house. After years of disputes, the couple finally ended their custody battle with this agreement.
