Janelle’s motion requests that her ex-husband be held in ‘contempt of court’ after he allegedly refused to pay the loans. Apparently, Eason hasn’t followed through with their debt settlements. The court ruling stated that David was “required to take possession of any debts.”

However, Eason failed to fulfill its settlement agreement. Hence, it is apparently ‘negatively impacting’ Jenelle’s credit scores. “Still paying on this dirt bike I can’t sell and isn’t mine,” Evans posted. In the motion, Jenelle requested the judge to have David “bring in all documents showing his income, value of his assets, and his debts for the past months.” She also requested the judge to make David pay her attorney fees for causing such inconvenience.
