Vanderpump Rules: Two Netflix Reality Stars Join VPR Season 12 As New SURvers

The makers of Vanderpump Rules did promise a major cast shake-up. However, two of these new faces aren’t so new to the reality TV realm. The Season 12 trailer introduced 10 new SURvers. Two of these ten new SURvers are Chris Hahn, a bartender, and Jason Cohen, a server. Turns out they are cousins, and this ain’t their first rodeo in the reality TV industry. The cousin duo had their reality TV debut on the famous Netflix dating show, “Dated and Related.”

Although they walked away without finding love, the duo later moved to LA to pursue their TV dreams. Hahn, subsequently, also starred in another Netflix dating original called “Perfect Match.” However, Cupid didn’t bless his match. Fans are already discussing their favorites for the new season, and the cousins have certainly made it to the top of their lists.

Moreover, VPR drama isn’t the only drama in his life. He has had a tragic past with life-changing circumstances. The aspiring actor recently shared his own sad story. “August 19th, 2012, I got shot a couple times in the back, which nearly took my life and paralyzed me below the waist,” he wrote in a post. The post features pictures of him in his recovery phase after getting shot multiple times.

“The consequences from an adolescent drug addiction and poor role models,” he continued. The doctors apparently told him that he won’t be able to walk. However, fate gave him a second chance at life as he is alive, healthy, and kicking. With legs so strong that ke keeps “one foot in and one foot out of the pool of ladies at SUR.”

He confessed to his past transgressions and stated that he has since undergone profound reflection and is now a changed man. The new SURver expressed his pride in himself. “Since then, I have had the honor and privilege of working with at-risk drug addicts in the treatment space in an attempt to pass on what has been given to me. A new life,” he said. For more such latest Vanderpump Rules’ updates, stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers.
