1. Luann de Lesseps
The Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps’s arrest happened in December 2017. She attacked a police officer in Plam Beach, Florida. The incident happened after one year of her marrying Tom D’Agostino. The charges included battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence as well as threatening a public servant. In 2018, she apologized for her behavior.
She had to complete 50 hours of community service and not consume alcohol for a while. Luann adhered to the community service duration. However, she drank two glasses of mimosas after a performance and failed the alcohol test. She also left the documentation incomplete which prompted the judge to add more conditions to her probation.
2. Gina Kirschenheiter
The police arrested Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter for drunken driving. At the time, she was in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Shortly after that, the cops took her husband in custody for suspicions regarding domestic violence.
3. Kim Richards
The Beverly Hills star faced charges for trespassing, resisting an officer, public intoxication, and battery in April 2015. The police also arrested her on grounds of suspicion for shoplifting from Target. She spent the night in prison but never pleaded guilty. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star mentioned that her relapse and depression had been hard on her.
4. NeNe Leakes
She committed theft of services when the star was 25 years old. The cops took her into custody four times for the same and she pleaded for all of them. She also has some arrests due to probation violation on her record.
5. Teresa Giudice
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teressa and her husband faced accusation over federal fraud and had to face some serious prison time. They made false statements while applying for a loan. Teresa served in prison for 15 months.
6. Sonja Morgan
Apparently, this New York housewife didn’t seem to care for traffic rules. The police arrested her for drink and drive. Other reasons included driving with an unfastened seatbelt and failure to stop at a sign. She also had some trouble keeping to the right of the lane.
7. Porsha Williams
Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore got into a heated debate during a reunion episode. She pulled Kenya’s hair and the host had to stop them to end the fight. She faced battery misdemeanor charges and had an arrest warrant.
8. Danielle Staub
The police arrested her for carrying 6 kg of cocaine. She had $16,000 in cash for which she pleaded guilty for extortion. The reality TV star also agreed to cooperate with the prosecutors.
