Unexpected: Max Schenzel Put Behind Bars Until January 2021

Unexpected star Max Schenzel indulged in a social media spat with ex Chloe Mendoza last week. He criticized Chloe, saying that he is doing far better than her in his life. He clearly wanted to boast the progress he made in his life as compared to Chloe. However, he might not have a great life at all. On Wednesday, Max was scheduled for a disposition hearing in two of his four open criminal cases. He is now booked in Maricopa County Jail on Wednesday and currently has a tentative release date listed as January 8 of 2021. Let’s dig into the entire matter.

Unexpected: Jail Official Confirms Max’s Arrest

A jail official confirmed that the reality star is sentenced to six months. However, he also received 44 credits for the time served. The official further confirmed that Max’s release date is set to be January 8, next year. The fans might note that Max was scheduled for two different disposition hearings on Wednesday.

One of them was from his arrest in April after he allegedly resisted a police officer while attempting to steal one vehicle. Another was in regards to his infamous theft case from 2018 when he stole a credit card, cash, and casino vouchers from his friend’s sleeping, 77-year-old grandmother. The case stands active after Max’s antics over the past one and a half year.

Unexpected: Why Did Max Got The Jail Sentence?

Max got the jail sentence for the remaining charge of unlawful use of means of transportation from the April incident. He pleaded guilty to the felony account related to the April incident in the exchange of other felony accounts being dropped. He probably received the probation stemming from his theft case.

Max Caught In Multiple Legal Cases!

In addition to the two felony cases in Maricopa Superior Court, Max is also facing two misdemeanor charges of domestic battery. They are pending in Tempe Municipal Court. Both of those cases, which are the result of two separate altercations with Chloe in December and February, are scheduled for a non-witness review hearing on October 20.
