‘Unexpected’: Max Schenzel Served Warrant From 2018 DUI Arrest, Arrested For Domestic Assault

Unexpected

Unexpected: Max Schenzel has been trapped in the claws of legal troubles, and things haven’t got any better for him. After an incident that occurred on 30th December, the reality TV star has been facing charges for domestic assault. Let’s take a detailed look at this.

Unexpected: Here Is What The Police Report States

The police report of the incident states that the injury occurred at 7:00 AM on 30th December. The place where the entire incident occurred is Max’s apartment. As we can see by their social media profiles, Chloe and Max are currently living together. The citation for the arrest indicates that it was a case of domestic violence. However, the name of the victim is not clear yet. Also, Max is not allowed to initiate any contact with the victim.

He also can’t go to the alleged crime scene. Only once, in the accompaniment of an officer, he can go there to gather his personal belongings. He had to post a $500 appearance bond. However, while Max was in jail, he got another warrant for which he had to bear another $1000 appearance bond. Apparently, the issue had something to do with a 2018 DUI arrest.

The other citations include Max running a red light in 2018 in the month of March, no registration, no insurance, and the possession of some prescription drugs without a prescription. In July 2018, he pleaded guilty, and the judge dismissed the other charges.

This Explains The Suspension of Max’s License

For the DUI conviction, Max received a jail sentence for ten days. But out of that, nine days got suspended. According to the orders, Max’s participation in the six-month alcohol treatment program and Tempe Substance Abuse Screening program was mandatory. This DUI arrest explained the suspension of his license during his arrest in July 2019.

The DUI conviction resulted in fines and fees. Apart from that, his non-compliance issues with the programs made things even more difficult. As per the court records, he still owes a total of $1,200 as fine for this DUI arrest. However, these legal issues with Max don’t seem to affect his relationship with Chloe. In a recent picture, they are seen going out for a movie night. So, we can say that they are still together.

According to an Unexpected update, Chloe and her mother confirmed that Chloe was the victim. Why Chloe is still living with Max after all this is still a big question mark. Chloe’s mom recently bashed Max’s supporters for encouraging an abusive relationship. She accuses him of trying extra hard to make things appear happy after what he has done.
