‘Unexpected’: Max Schenzel Violates Probation; Pleads Guilty to Another Felony

It seems like Unexpected alum Max Schenzel is going to get into more trouble with the law. He has recently pleaded guilty to another felony and has also violated his probation. Let’s take a detailed look.

Unexpected: Max Scheduled To Sentencing In Late May

Earlier this month, the reality TV star pleaded guilty to a felony. It also led to a probation violation from one of his previous felonies regarding a theft conviction in December 2018. Just like his new sentencing, a hearing is also scheduled.

On April 1, he used some means of transport unlawfully. On 26th February, a man called the cops on Max and reported that he stole a vehicle. Another call came to the cops that stated that he was in another vehicle that also didn’t belong to him.

To add to the list of Max tampering the law, he tried to kick a cop in the groin when the police tried to handcuff him. Not only that, but Max also tried to run away when they tried to handcuff him. Some more charges include theft, resisting arrest, and Aggravated assault on an officer.

Unexpected: The Owner of The Second Vehicle Spared Max

Max locking horns with the law would have been more intense but the owner of the second vehicle decided to spare him. He didn’t press charges. The prosecutors also dropped all the charges against him except for the class 5 felony count of Unlawful Use of Means of Transportation.

According to the law, the punishment for this felony is a minimum of 1.5 years of imprisonment. The pretrial services are supervising Max until he faces his sentence and the probation violation disposition. The activities under supervision include drug monitoring, alcohol monitoring, and electronic monitoring.

He is also facing two separate assault charges that stemmed from his aggressive altercation with Chloe in December as well as February. Before he got arrested, the reality TV star posted a video saying that he doesn’t belong in prison.

Unexpected: Max Calls Himself a Good Father

Max stated that he is a good father and no longer gets high hanging around with the wrong people. He justified his actions of breaking the law and said that he only does it when he is around his old friends who don’t follow the law.

It seems like Max might be able to avoid jail time for a long time. Considering the fact that he has avoided a sentence for a long time till now, we can assume that something will spare him the horror this time too.

Plus, with the coronavirus pandemic, his sentence is likely to be delayed, in case it happens. What do you think Max’s fate holds for him? Let us know in the comments below.
