Chad Has A Brother
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Chad DiMera recently came to know about his brother. However, after this revelation, they haven’t been a very happy family. Chad and Jake are brothers, and both of them are headstrong. They are determined and stubborn. Both of them will also do anything they have to in order to fight each other.
Chad is stubborn when it comes to Jake. He has not given Jake any chance. With that said, we also know that Chad’s behavior is also somehow understandable. Chad has already made it clear that every time he sees Jake’s face, he gets reminded of Stefan DiMera and everything he did to Abigail. Then Jake, on the other hand, hasn’t made anything easy for Chad, either. He has not helped Chad to know that Jake is nothing like Stefan.
Days of Our Lives: Abigail Tries To Help
For the longest time, Abigail has been trying to help the brothers get along. She is trying to pave a path so that Chad and Jake can get to know each other better. Even if they cannot love each other, they must at least be civil to each other. However, she hasn’t had much luck with convincing Chad. All this will also lead to some marital problems for the couple.
In a recent interview, Ron Carlivati reveals that Abigail thinks that they (Chad and her) should give at least a chance to Jake. They will all have to live under one roof, so they must try and make the best of whatever they have. Chad is not on-board with the plan. He does not trust Jake, and the guy does not rub him well. All this will lead to issues between Abigail and Chad, and this would give Gwen another opportunity to get in between and cause more issues.
Would There be a Love Triangle?
While Jake, Abigail, and Chad are living together, fans must not have any ideas about Jake and Abigail developing any kind of romantic relationship. The Days of Our Lives writers had done that in the past, and the way it went down was not really good. So, that will not happen again. In the same interview, Carlivati says that they have already played the love-triangle angle with Stefan. So, they are certain of everything there. If they do it again, the storyline will start feeling similar, and that isn’t the direction they want to go in right now.
