Abigail is suffering, and that is killing Chad. He wants to take revenge and is literally boiling. However, Chad has no proof that Gabi has done something. He has made up things in his head and now wants Gabi to pay for it. A very good opportunity landed on his lap when Gabi tried to pull that stunt in the garage.
Chad Knows About Ben And Marlena’s Conversation
Recently, Chad overheard Ben and Marlena’s conversation. That left him hopeful about having Ben on his side. Chad recently pointed out that Gabi was trying to drug someone against their wish. Now, Chad is hopeful that Ben could act as an eye witness. That really could put Ben in a difficult place.
Why Does Jake Wants Police To Stay Away?
Jake Lambert is keen on keeping cops away from all the drama Gabi did. He has his own reasons. Firstly, he has some secrets, and he doesn’t want the police to come close to him. And another possibility is, if he is Stefan DiMera, he would want Gabi to stay safe and away from all this.
Days of Our Lives: What Will Ben Do?
No matter what Jake wants, Ben could help Chad as the eyewitness, and that would make this a big thing. Chad might convince Ben that he owes it to Abigail after all the things he has done in the past. However, Ben might not be willing to go against his boss. Then again, Ben would decide that being on Chad’s side is the right call. He was concerned about delivering that syringe to Marlena and ask her to have the contents tested. This surely hints towards a great storyline. Ben is aware that Gabi is obsessed with proving that Jake is Stefan. She wasn’t harming Jake but just trying to bring Stefan back.
Ben Could Easily Get Out Of This
The truth is Jake wasn’t injected. So, Ben can really get out of this, why does he even care what was in the syringe? However, there could be side effects, for sure. Jake did not get any dose, so there was no reason that Ben would get in any sort of trouble. It has starting to look like this was all just done for Chad to overhear Ben and Marlena’s discussion and get an idea of what could be going on in the lab and what to do with the results.

Even if Ben doesn’t agree to serve as an eyewitness, Chad could manipulate the analysis regarding the syringe in his favor. He needs to prove that Gabi somehow has access to the drug that DiMera developed. The drug hasn’t been released yet. He could prove that Gabi was trying to give Jake the same unreleased drug.
Would Gabi Really Do Something Like That?
It doesn’t really make sense that Gabi would try to harm Jake. If she were giving him anything, it could be the memory serum. But now, that wouldn’t matter. If Chad manipulates the results, the facts will be on the paper. So, Fans might witness Chad’s manipulation talking Gabi down.
More related spoilers reveal that Gabi will be questioned about why she attacked Jake, and then Lani will arrest her. Chad has set up everything for Gabi and feels this will do justice for everything that has happened to Abigail. Of course, Gabi could be innocent.
