The story reconstructs the scenes from the car accident of Adrienne. At the time of the accident, Sarah was with her, and she suffered from labour pain. She needed to deliver her baby, and Xander gave that aid. Andrienne suffered severe injuries, and she died.
At the same time, Kristen delivered her baby and Xander did the trick there. Sarah’s baby was stillborn, so Xander deliberately switched Sarah and Kristen’s baby. Instead of Sarah, Kristen mourned over the baby. Later, it revealed that Kristen caused Haley to fall from the staircase accidentally, and she also died.
