Days Of Our Lives

We all knew that Days Of Our Lives star Tyler Christopher’s Stefan DiMera is not gone from the show forever. When Brandon Barash made sure he was out of Salem. But as fans speculated, Tyler Christopher is likely to make a comeback. A recent interview hinted that he is going to make a comeback soon and the fans couldn’t be happier.

Days of Our Lives: Tyler’s Struggle With Alcohol

Tyler Christopher has been in rehab, according to an insider. He has had issues maintaining his sobriety. In the past, he has been taken off the set because he passed out. The drinking problem was becoming excessive, and he had to take care of it. There wasn’t a major revelation regarding the same as it was a private matter. But since now the actor himself has shared the problem, it’s safe to mention some details.

He mentioned that alcohol addiction is something he has been struggling with since his teenage. Sometimes he managed the addiction successfully, and other times he terribly failed. He is currently taking time off work and focusing on his family. Tyler believes that it is time for him to be a good father to his children.

The details of what happened in the rehab and the medications he is currently taking is confidential. He made a deal with the producers of the show that he is going to tackle the issues. It seems like his excessive drinking is under control, and his progress is going well. Once he is fully recovered, his appearance on DOOL is almost confirmed. He is adamant of taking control of his issues and making a comeback with the utmost energy and vigor.

DOOL: Tyler Christopher’s Sudden Replacement

The only reason why Brandon Barash had to take up Stefan’s role is that he had to undergo treatment immediately. Since the moment Tyler hit the screen, he has won the hearts of viewers. Still, he is one of the most desirable fan favorites. Brandon Barash has completed the filming and fans are awaiting his exit from the show. Since he has wrapped it, the chances of Tyler coming back as Stefan in the next few weeks have increased.

If he’s serious he will stay sober. Going to rehab was a big step. He has to keep doing what he learned in rehab.
