EastEnders: Gillian Taylforth Wants [THIS] Person To RETURN

The Beale family matriarch, Kathy Beale, is at the front and center of EastEnders these days. Her long awaited wedding with her lover, Rocky Cotton, has finally come through. However, instead of receiving just pleasantries on her wedding day, Kathy is about to receive a huge shock! The EastEnders spoilers tease that Rocky’s ex-wife, Jo Cotton, has arrived at Walford with a hidden agenda and revenge on her mind! Thus, it is imperative that Kathy would need all her family by her side to support her in the turmoil that is about to present itself!

In a recent chat with the media, EastEnders star, Gillian Taylforth, echoed a similar sentiment, when she expressed that she wants Kathy’s family to reunite in Albert Square. Long-time viewers might remember that Kathy has a older brother, Ted Hills. Back in 1995, he had moved to Walford with his children, Tony and Sarah. Three years later, Tony left Albert Square and moved to South Africa. His children followed suits in 1999. In fact, Kathy too had moved away from Walford to live with her brother. However, she then returned to Walford in 2015.

Gillian believes that it would be nice for the Hill family to return to Walford on EastEnders. She added that Kathy had moved to South Africa to be closer to Ted. However, her family’s return is not the only return that enthuses the actress. The EastEnders star pointed that it would be nice to have Jacqueline Jossa back as Lauren Branning on the BBC One soap. ” I saw Jacqui at Dot’s funeral and that was lovely,” she expressed.

Furthermore,the EastEnders star shared that it would be lovely to have Maise Smith back as Tiffany Butcher, but she is really busy right now. “She’s a lovely girl. I really like her,” Gillian enthused. Apart from the aforementioned, the talented actress expressed her desire to work again with MillY Zero and Danny Dyer. Well, that is definitely a long list of potential returns! But a powerful one indeed! We really hope some of these actors find the time to bring their characters back to Albert Square.
