Jason Has Escaped
The first and the biggest reason for Cyrus getting enraged would be his chief of staff betraying him with the daring move. It is very dangerous for Cyrus to have Jason on the loose. Earlier, Jason was contained at the Pentonville, where Cyrus could have him taken out for good.
