The latest General Hospital spoilers for the upcoming Tuesday, January 19, reveal that a lot of action is coming up on the show. Starting off is Jason Morgan as he reaches out to Britt Westbourne at General Hospital. Jason will offer some warning regarding Cyrus Renault. It looks like Britt will be offended in a conversation.
In the preview episode, viewers can see Britt asking what he accused her of. Of course, it is quite possible that someone besides Jason will be the one who upsets Britt. However, it is also possible that Jason’s comments will simply her sinking into Cyrus’ web. Either way, Britt and Jason will have a clash because of this whole complicated alliance.
General Hospital: Nina Is Shocked
Next in the line is Nina Reeves as she will be shocked when Jasper “Jax” Jacks just declares about his love. Since Nina will be so shocked, Jac will also offer her an apology. There will be some worries on Jax’s end there. So, he will let Nina know how sorry he is about doing what he did. However, Nina will admit after that how she has longed to hear all those words. It looks like she will also profess her love as well when she adjusts to this new thing.

On the other side of the town, Cameron Webber will lose his mind. He is seen in the clip saying if all of it is about cancer. It looks like Cameron might get into an intense conversation with Franco Baldwin. So, he will have some concerns. Fortunately, it looks like there will be some negative updates coming up.
Cameron has some positive news too. The man has been accepted into an esteemed university, so he might get a scholarship involved. Cameron is a great soccer-player. So, he will get a substantial amount. He might be worried if Franco and Elizabeth Baldwin can cover the remaining fees.
General Hospital: Sam Knows Something
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sam McCall will listen to an intriguing phone call. She asks Liz in the Tuesday promo episode, did she just hear her right. This could have something to do with Franco’s tumor and the remaining memory-making issues that might lead to Sam mentioning “migraine” and meltdown Franco had when she came to see Jason.
That will leave Liz with a number of questions about why Franco was with Jason at all. She will look for answers from Franco and will blow up Jason later in the week. That means that one could mean Liz will push Franco on his dark side.
Olivia Quartermaine’s Confrontation
Olivia Quartermaine will confront Tracy Quartermaine. She had caught Tracy lying about the alarm system. After this, she will start wondering what had really happened the night Alexis drove off. Tracy cannot reveal the whole story. If she does that, Alexis and Ned Quartermaine’s secret will be out. As a result, Tracy might make up a new story and try to dodge Olivia.
Something that Tracy does not realize is that Valentin Cassadine is getting really busy trying to help Alexis. Valentin will take Martin Grey to Alexis’ house, and he will let Martin take a look at the facts about the case. It looks like Martin will offer a lot of assistance and crumble Tracy’s lies.
