What Did Liz And Finn Do?
In the episode that aired on June 3, viewers saw Finn as he pushed Peter down the stairs. Liz then came and checked Peter where she couldn’t find either his pulse or his breath. So, she thought that he might be dead. While Finn didn’t want to leave Peter there, Liz convinced him that he could not let anyone know about his role in Peter’s death.
It would start an investigation, and Chase really needs Finn now. So, Finn agreed to that. However, later on, Liz makes a statement where she says that everyone will believe that Peter has run away and no one will ever know what happened to him. This makes us think about what Liz and Finn might have done?
It is absolutely possible that Liz and Finn might have hidden Peter’s body somewhere. As a twist in the story, it is possible that Peter’s body might be missing when Finn and Elizabeth go to check on him later on. Then, it can also happen that the two of them might have made a deal with the helicopter pilot who was hovering over them to take Peter somewhere far away from Port Charles.

It is possible that if they had hidden his body somewhere, Peter might have regained his consciousness and run away.
Another possibility is, if Finn and Liz have sent Peter away in the helicopter, he might have regained consciousness there and asked the pilot to take him to a place where he could get the treatment.
General Hospital viewers know that Peter was far too desperate to look for Baby Lou when he decided to leave. Not just that, Maxie has recently said awful things to Peter. She even said that Peter’s father- Cesar Faison was an evil genius, whereas Peter was nothing like him. So, down the line, Peter might come back. Not only for his daughter but to prove to Maxie that he is just as good as his father.
Then, since Finn pushed him down the stairs, he might also want his revenge. So, it doesn’t look like Peter would die just now.
