General Hospital spoilers hint that Nina is only setting herself up for more trouble. Nina recently decided to keep the truth about Sonny being alive from Carly and the whole Corinthos Clan. Now whether the truth comes out by Sonny remembering everything, or the truth comes out in some other way, we know that it would happen down the line, and Nina will find herself in the tough spot.
Nina will have to pay the price to keep this whole information a secret and manipulating “Mike” during his time in Nixon Falls. This would undoubtedly come back to bite her, and all this could lead to Sonny turning against Nina no matter how close they might get between now and when the whole truth comes out. If Sonny stands with Carly and the whole angry Corinthos clan, Nina will need someone to support her. Could that someone be Nelle? Here is why that might be happening-
General Hospital: Is Nelle Coming Back?
This Carly-Nina war started with Nelle’s death, and it looks like things will come full circle with Nelle coming back to Port Charles. There are a number of reasons why we can think that Nelle might indeed be alive. First, viewers did not get to see her dead body. Second, there have been a lot of mentions of Nelle lately. This could only mean that she might be on her way back to the town.
Britt was quite uneasy when Maxie told her about her baby’s fake death, and Britt seemed to think it was a lot of Nelleish plan. Then Carly also compared Nina to Nelle in a conversation she had with someone. While Michael did object to it, Carly admitted that she didn’t think that Nina belonged to the same category as Nelle until that moment. General Hospital is definitely trying to remind the viewers of Nelle and trying to put it up as like mother, like daughter. So, when Nina finds herself in hot water with the whole Mike plot, it would be a great opportunity for Nelle to come back.
While Nina could lean on on a number of people in the town, none of them will have to the punch like Nelle. Nelle hates Carly just as much as Nina does, and she would be the best person to form the alliance with. Not just that, it would be cruel to rob Nina of the opportunity to bond with her daughter. So, if Nelle makes a comeback, Nina might get this opportunity. General Hospital spoilers suggest that Nina’s secret will blow up, and that could very easily lead to Nelle’s return.
