There are a lot many storylines developing in General Hospital. That said, Peter August is a character who has been playing and just enjoying his life for a long time now. It seems like an explosion is on its way to Port Charles. That explosion will take down Peter in the coming few days. Here is how the story could explode.
Peter August To Face The Consequences Of His Deeds
For some time now, Peter August has just been enjoying his life hiding all his past deeds very successfully. It seems like, this won’t continue long as everything he has ever done is just bubbling on the surface. Peter genuinely thinks that Maxie Jones has been the best thing that happened to him. So naturally, he is doing everything in his power to save his relationship with falling apart. But, it doesn’t seem he can save it for much longer.
Peter would never back out from portraying the good guy. The problem is that more than often, he lets his dark side overpower him, and that is what might take him down. Recently he ordered Andre Maddox was the reason behind Drew Cain’s presumed death. Along with that, Andre almost died, all thanks to Peter again. How could we forget Franco Baldwin! Peter will have to really deal with this, or else he might have to see his downfall undoubtedly!
What Is Peter’s Fate In Port Charles?
Peter has an image of being someone who is genuinely very kind to the children. General hospital has always given him a sympathetic side and believes in his love for Maxie. Although this is no proof that he is treating his girlfriend right, it is a sign that he isn’t a monster either. Viewers have always compared Peter with his father, Cesar Faison, and always concluded that he isn’t what his father was. Peter has more emotions than him. Even after all this, there is a possibility that an evil demon does reside inside the guy.
Although what Peter’s fate will be is entirely in the hands of what the writers want for him. Earlier, they had once blown away the whole storyline after redeeming him. Could his deeds cause him a horrible downfall?
If the writers at General Hospital want Peter out, we might witness Peter getting darker and darker in the episodes to come.
Will Maxie Leave Peter?
If Peter’s truth is revealed in General Hospital, Maxie might not stick with him any longer. Peter might himself not be able to take it all and drift to his darkest side in the episodes to come. However, General Hospital has always kept a softer tone for this character. Will they this time again give Peter an easy way out?
Even if they let Peter off the hook and stick with him for some more time, they may give the whole situation a redemption angle. If Maxie is smart enough (that we really want to believe in), she might dump the guy and this time permanently.
No matter what the case may be, Peter’s future is uncertain in Port Charles. It seems like, they have tried everything they could to the character. If the General Hospital spoiler has anymore twists for the guy, he may stick for a little longer. It will be interesting to see how the storyline unfolds in the show.
