General Hospital Spoilers: Taggert Returns, Looks Into Esme To Protect Trina

The latest General Hospital spoilers tease that Real Andrews is returning to the show, and something unexpected could happen in the soap opera. TV Season & Spoilers previously reported that a fan-favorite actor is returning to Port Charles. And now, it is confirmed that Real Andrews is returning to reprise his role as Marcus Taggert in the show.

The actor took to his Instagram to share the news with his fans. The actor posted a quick boomerang video on Instagram where he was zooming in and out on the script. He captioned the video, “Taggert Is Back”.

GH viewers know that the soap opera was exploring the “Who’s Trina Real Father” storyline, but they could not pursue it as Real Andrews left the show. But, now that he’s back, this storyline might get back on the deck in its full strength.

Fans remember that Curtis did the whole math and was determined that Trina is the right age to be his daughter. He also asked Portia to tell Trina about their past, but Portia was hesitant to do so. Curtis was skeptical that Trina could be his daughter. However, Portia was adamant that Trina is Marcus’ daughter. But, is that true? Is Portia keeping some secrets from Curtis and Trina? What will happen if they come out? Only time will tell.

As of now, the probable storyline when Marcus returns to the soap will be around protecting his daughter from Esme Prince. Marcus knows that Esme is after Trina, and he will try to protect his daughter under all the circumstances. At least he thinks that he’s Trina’s father.

General Hospital spoilers suggest that Taggert will dig into Esme’s past in an attempt to find out what type of danger Trina may be in. So, he might want to know what Esme is capable of doing. If Marcus finds out that Esme is in contact with Ryan Chamberlain, who is a psychopath, he might start worrying a bit but will protect Trina under any situation.
