The recent few episodes of General Hospital have been full of a lot of drama and action. A number of General Hospital characters were fighting for their lives, and one of those characters injured themselves pretty badly. This character was none other than Curtis Ashford. He was shot, and now he is in the hospital.
Since it was a fatal injury, we cannot help but wonder if he might be leaving the show? Will Curtis die and exit from the show? Keep reading to find out what might be happening next for Curtis-
General Hospital: What Has Happened To Curtis?
General Hospital viewers who have seen the latest episodes would know that recently Cyrus took Dr. Portia Robinson and her daughter Trina hostage. Curtis got a sense of it and reached the place along with Laura Collins, the mayor. Not just that, Jordan Ashford joined them there with her SWAT Team. Kevin was also called in as the hostage negotiator.
But after everyone came there and realized that Cyrus wasn’t going to let Portia and Trina go, Laura came up with a plan where she wanted to step in as the hostage. Somehow she was able to convince Cyrus for that. Then, places were exchanged, and Laura stepped in as the hostage.
While Kevin tried to negotiate with Cyrus about the hostage situation, Curtis had some other plan going on in his mind. He very quietly grilled Trina and understood all the ways to get into the house. Making a very bold step, he got into the house, but then he came face to face with Cyrus and got shot.
Luckily, Jordan and her SWAT team came into the house just in time, where Cyrus got shot once again. But, on the other hand, Curtis was shot pretty bad, and now he is undergoing surgery. With all of this going on, all the General Hospital fans have started getting worried about what might happen to him next.
Would Curtis Die?
General Hospital fans who have seen the latest episodes of the soap opera were pretty quick to react to what’s happening on the show. They were worried if Curtis would survive this or not. At this moment, there is no reference that Curtis wouldn’t make out of this whole situation alive.
In fact, while it is possible that he might be alive after the surgery, there is a possibility that he might not be in good shape. More related spoilers reveal that after all of this, there would be some major changes in his personal life.
Now, these are pretty cryptic spoilers, and we are left to wonder what these changes could be? Would Laura’s confession to Portia about how Curtis felt terrible about blowing her off cause these changes, or would it be something else? Viewers would recall that there was a time when the writers had started speculating that Trina might be Curtis’s daughter and not Taggert’s.
