General Hospital: Harmony Is Fighting For Her Life, Will She Die?

General Hospital viewers know that poor Harmony is fighting for her life. After she recently ran in front of Sasha’s car, she was in the hospital. While it looks like she might be able to pull out of this right now, General Hospital spoilers suggest that Harmony has some deep internal injuries, and she might succumb to them.  

Long-time GH viewers would recall that Harmony is the kind of character who has committed too many crimes. She has killed people; she has kidnapped some, and God knows what all she has done. So, the point is that it is likely that Harmony might not be able to get redeemed. Once everyone comes to know that Harmony took away Nina’s daughter, nobody will be able to forgive her.

So, would GH kill her? That certainly is a possibility. The speculation is that Harmony might stay alive till she tells Willow the truth about her birth mother and then ends up dead. Nina will be shocked about having two daughters, and Willow will find it hard to believe too. However, once everything is settled, the two of them might make peace.

There isn’t anyone in General Hospital who is fond of Harmony. Willow will certainly not be able to forgive Harmony. Harmony had one friend- Alexis, who she lost after she tried to kill her recently. Not only that, Alexis will not be able to forgive Harmony for what she did with Neil either.
