Netflix recently released a teaser trailer for 13 Reasons Why Season 4. The teaser trailer reveals that the finale season of the series will release sometime in June. The show, 13 Reasons Why is based on a 2007 novel with the same name by author Jay Asher. The series revolves around Clay Jenson and his friend Hannah Baker. Hannah commits suicide after going through Bullying and sexual assault. The story starts with Clay receiving a box of cassette tapes recorded by Hannah, where she talks in detail why she made the decision to end her life.
The show has completed run of three seasons and is stepping into the Season 4. This will be the finale season, and the cast will pass their high-school concluding the show. Here is all about what is coming up in 13 Reasons Why Season 4
13 Reasons Why Season 4: What Is Coming Up?
The third season of 13 Reasons Why ended with answering a big question. Fans finally got to know who killed Bryce Walker. The truth was, Alex was the one who killer Bryce. However, Monty was blamed for the crime. After that, Monty was arrested for assaulting Tyler. Ani had lied to the police and told them that Monty had killed Bryce.
After that, Alex’s father, Standall, reveals that someone killed Monty in prison and then closes the case. He thought that it was easier for the murder to be pinned on a dead man instead of taking his son on the hook. Clay and the whole group helped in covering what Alex did.
Troubles are not over. In 13 Reasons Why Season 4 fans will see more of it. In the final scene of the third season, a fisherman had found the bag of assault rifles. It was the same bag that Clay, Tyler, and Tony had discarded in the river after the attack at the Spring Fling.
That secret will start haunting everyone. Ani and Alex will keep on struggling with their roles in Monty’s death. We might also get to see what happened to see what really happened to Monty. All that could be in flashbacks, though.
Who All Will We See?
All the faces we saw in the third season of 13 Reasons Why will comeback. Along with that, 13 Reasons Why Season 4 will introduce some new faces. One of the biggest names joining the cast for 13 Reasons Why Season 4 is Gary Sinise. Sinise will play Dr. Rpbert Ellman, who is an adolescent and family therapist. The man will take on the character of the incisive and a no-nonsense therapist. He will come in to help Clay with his depression, grief, and all other anger issues.
Another face joining the cast is Inde Navarrette, who is coming in to play Estela de la Cruz. Estella is Monty’s sister. Jan Luis Castellanos is also coming in as Diego Torres, a new member of the football team. Along with all this, the rumor says that Natalie Lander could be coming in to play a character called Amanda. However, we do not have a confirmed update on that. As far as past members are concerned, it is still unclear whether we will get to see Katherine Langford playing Hannah Baker or Justin Prentice as Bryce Walker or not. Both of them are dead. However, they might appear in the fourth season either in flashbacks, dreams, or perhaps memories.
