It’s been quite some time since the ninth installment of the much loved supernatural drama American Horror Story concluded. Now, it’s time we start preparing for American Horror Story Season 10. The horror anthology created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk had received much appreciation from fans and critics alike.
The series recieved green light for season 10 even before season 8 of the show concluded back in 2018. From the Murder house to Apocalypse and everything beyond, the show has kept its viewers pretty engaged with all the seasons. Sarah Paulson Confirms Her Comeback!
Emmy Winning actress Sarah Paulson has confirmed that she is joining the cast for American Horror Story Season 10. In an interview, she revealed how excited she was about the role. However, the actor does not has a lot of details on who she will play or what the theme of the show is. She hopes that she becomes a series regular.
On being asked, she revealed that earlier she had asked Ryan if she was asked about her comeback on the show (American Horror Story) what she could say? Ryan responded with a yes. So, Yes, I’m coming back to the show! The actress said. She also revealed that her character would be terrifying and exciting for American Horror Story Season 10.
Sarah Paulson will next be seen in American Crime Story: Impeachment as Linda Tripp. Tripp was the lady who uncovered her colleague Monica Lewinsky and made the world aware of the intern’s sex scandal with Bill Clinton, US former president.
What About The Other Cast Updates?
Earlier the show producer Ryan Murphy revealed that he is trying to get in touch with all the series original. It seems like the man is sticking to his word. With the news of Sarah’s comeback, there is a hope that most of the series original cast might come back. Kathy Bates is another star who might be returning to the show. He is much famous for his memorable roles in Freak Show, The Butcher Roanoke, and Iris in Hotel. That’s all we know about the cast that could come back.
However, we do know that Jessica Lange might not come back for another season. The actress has been a part of the show lately. Another star, Peter Evans, might not be coming back for another installment either. He has been a part of the series till the ninth chapter. Given the effect the show has on his mental health, he might not come back either.
American Horror Story Season 10: What Could Be The Theme?
There are a lot of themes that could be explored in the upcoming season. We don’t know what the exact theme will be, but if various fan theories are to be believed, Season 10 might explore the space or the aliens.
Back in American Horror Story season 2, the concept of Asylum was briefly explored where Kit was abducted into a spaceship. That story did not get an ending. So, Season 10 might be the right time to do justice to that story.
American Horror Story Season 10: When Is The Show Returning?
The previous four seasons of the AHS premiered in September so, we can hope that this season will get air in September of 2020. We do not have an official premiere date yet. The show has been renewed for season 11, 12, 13. So, this will NOT be the final season.
