Are you ready to dig deeper into the crime world? Amazon has renewed Bosch Season 5. Titus Welliver starrer series Bosch got renewed even before the premiere of Season 4. Lately, the fifth installment of the show had many cast additions. And fans truly believe the theme of the show demands for that.
This Amazon Original Series is one of the most anticipated shows of the media giant. It has its unique audience. The crime section genre, showing police procedural drama adds a distinctive taste in every episode of the show. It is also the longest-running Amazon Prime Series.

Maintaining The Legacy – Bosch Season 6 Is Final

Renewing the series for another season, even before the premiere of the prior season has become a legacy for Bosch. Season 5 got renewed ahead of 4th. Similarly, Amazon has renewed the show for Bosch Season 6, way before the premiere of Bosch Season 5.
Michael Connelly, the executive producer of Bosch, reacted on the news. Connelly is the writer of Novels which stands as a base for the show. Connely also revealed that filming of Season 5 is complete. He said that they are wrapping up for Season 5. Furthermore, he is happy to hear that they get to do it (filming for another season) again.

Who Are Coming For Bosch Season 5

Bosch Season 5 is going to feature some new faces. There are three prominent names reported in that aspect. They are –

Chris Vance

Deadline has reported that Chris Vance will be joining the cast of Bosch. Vance will portray a grey character. He will pursue the role of Dalton Walsh, who is apparently the Big Boss of an opioid ring. This makes him the main villain of the show for Season 5. A crossover among Walsh and Harry will be an exciting scenario to contemplate.
Chris Vance has featured previously in Transporter: The Series, Rizzoli & Isles, Hawaii Five-0, Supergirl, Dexter, Burn Notice, Prison Break and in Macbeth too.

Ryan Hurst

TV Line has reported that Ryan Hurst will make a presence in Bosch Season 5. Hurst will portray the character of Hector Bonner. Bonner is a former client of attorney – with whom Bosch has a thin relationship. We will see Bonner dealing with various criminal investigations, along with Bosch.
Ryan Hurst is known for his characters in Sons of Anarchy, Outsiders, Medium, Bates Motel, King & Maxwell, Wanted, Campus Cops. He has also featured in movies like The Ladykillers and Saving Private Ryan.

Bianca Kajlich


Bianca Kajlich will be joining the cast of Bosch. Kajlich will portray the character of Christina Henry. Henry is an investigator examining into one of Bosch’s (Titus Welliver) yore cases when he was a part of the LAPD. Henry can create some trouble that Bosch won’t want. Their confrontation will be exciting to watch.
Bianca Kajlich is known for her roles in Rules of Engagement and Undateable. She will feature in multiple episodes of Bosch Season 5.

Premiere Date Of Bosch Season 5


Amazon has yet not announced any premiere date for Bosch Season 5. Filming is complete for the fifth installment of the series. So, we can expect a trailer for the series, announcing the release date of the series.
