This American police procedural series was one of the two pilot drama at Amazon back in 2014. Over the years this series has gained much popularity among the viewers and bagged good reviews. The show follows Harry Bosch, a Los Angeles Police detective. The show is inspired by the series of Michael Connelly novels. As of now, they are 22 in number. Connelly On Bosch Season 6
In an interview on how the plot of Bosch Season 6 will be Connelly shared his views. He said that the first season was decided to be based on two books but covered 3. Those three books were chosen because they provide a very personal insight into who Harry Bosch is as a person. One of the three books, Concrete Blonde, has Harry is a courtroom accompanied by an attorney asking her what he wants. So, that became an idea of how all the seasons to come could be. Bosch isn’t in any chronological order. Unlike Game of Thrones, this series does not adapt one book at a time until it runs out of the story.
What Will Happen In Bosch Season 6?
Bosch is a story of misadventures of homicide detective Harry Bosch. The show is on the run for the sixth season of the show. However, this season will not be based on one book but a collection of different stories from different novels. Even the first season was based on three of Connelly’s books.
With that said, there is a lot of story still left that could be covered in Bosch Season 6. Books 2, 5, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 are still left to be covered. However, Book number 17 is a book that is decided for the next and finale season of the show. Book number 14 will be high budget if considered, and Book two is already off the hook. Bosch retires in Book nine and ten, so, will that be covered in season 6? we don’t think so. This elimination method hints that Bosch season will either be based on the eighteenth book, The Overlook. Bosch season 6 will feature a while supremacist villain.
Is This The Last Season?
No! This isn’t the last season. Bosch Season 7 is already confirmed. It would have been unfair if season 6 had been the last season. There is a lot of stories to be told yet. However, the next season, that is Bosch Season 7 will be the final season of the series. Bosch was Amazon’s one of the longest series.
On the confirmation of season 7, The author and executive producer of the series Connelly shared his happiness. He and the team are looking forward to completing the story in season 7. It will be bittersweet, but everything comes to an end. Connolley said he is delighted with the decision.
When Is The Installment Coming?
Bosch season 6 is all set to release in April 2020. However, no precise date is yet announced. Fans are eagerly waiting for the installment. The show won’t come back with the seventh season for at least a year.
