The second addition to the cast will interestingly have a close relation to Nabbing’s character. Show’s twitter handle revealed the connection today. The tweet reveals that Elliot Cowan and McCormack are brothers who find themselves amidst a crisis. They are under peril from a mysterious masked man.

Cowan was last seen in much famous Peaky Blinder, and the past has been a part of Luther and Krypton. The Royal Family legend Ralph little will also appear in the upcoming installment replacing Ardal O’Hanlon.

Ralph little on Joining Death in Paradise

Ralph looked quite delighted about bagging the role. He took less than 0.005 seconds to say yes for the role. “How could I not?” the new D exclaimed. He expressed his thoughts on how he thinks that Ardal O’ Hanlon was terrific in the last series. Following Ardal’s footsteps in such a wonderful place like Guadeloupe is a great honor. Feels like his dream come true, the actor added. He feels great and is more than happy playing Neville[Parker], the actor added. I can’t wait for the fans and viewers to see me in the Death In Paradise series, the actor said.

Why is Ardal O’ Hanlon leaving?

Ardal O’ Hanlon, who played DI Jack Mooney, is leaving the show after three years of solving murder cases in the tropical island. He has finally decided to leave the island and explore his opportunities.
He has spent a lot of his summers in the Island Guadeloupe as DI Jack Mooney and solving several murder cases the actor said. It’s been very fulfilling and hugely rewarding. While Working with incredibly talented actors, directors, and crew, I have discovered a magical part of the World. However, it’s about time to move on and explore other opportunities – preferably nearer the Arctic Circle, the actor added.

It isn’t yet clear how the actor will depart. His exit from the show may have something to do with the new entry, Nina Wadia. Fans are already speculating theories of how romance could spark between the two. One fan tweeted: “think it’s about time Jack deserves happiness or finds love with another character. Another commented: Is this the lady who will capture Jack’s heart and they will head off into the sunset together”. Something tells me that she will steal Jack’s heart and head back to London with him a third commented.
