Netflix

After watching ten intimate episodes full of drunken misfortune, fans are beyond curious to know the future of Disenchantment Season 4. Well, the final moments of the third season left the door open for our drunken Princess Tiabeanie Bean to explore the world beyond her realm. But it also left us wondering what happened with Luci as her story left untold.

Matt Groening, the name behind the popular fictional series Disenchantment took us on a visually stunning ride. Initially, the series was criticized for its concept. But the recent season amazed everyone when Princess Bean finally takes action. However, while handling the chaos of her realm, she lost everyone closer to her. As we saw, she sends her father to a mental institution, and later Elfo sacrificed his life. So, there are plenty of things for us to deem about in the fourth season.

Disenchantment Season 4: Is It Renewed For The Next Run?

In October 2018, Netflix renewed Disenchantment Season 4 and season 3 soon after the second season aired. However, after the fourth season, Netflix will decide whether to continue with Disenchantment. Well, it’s unlike Netflix to renew the series ahead of its premiere. But Disenchantment Season 4 is one such case. It would contain ten episodes- the final part of the second season (as per Netflix).

Disenchantment Season 4: Who Will Be In The Cast?

It’s safe to say that many of the series regulars will return for the next run. However, the last season left many of the characters’ fates in limbo. But we can expect that Abbi Jacobson as Princess Bean will return with Nat Faxon as Elfo and Eric Andre as Luci. Also, John DiMaggio as King Zøg and Sharon Horgan as Queen Dagmar will return. We can expect Queen Dagmar in the significant role in the fourth season as she appeared in the finale’s leading moments.

Disenchantment Season 4: What Will Happen Next?

We last saw Elfo involved in an honorable act to help her Queen to focus on greater things. So he ends up sacrificing his life where ogres captured him. However, Bean’s mother, Queen Dagmar, reunited with Bean and took her to actual Hell after escaping earlier in the third season. It seems Bean would marry the real Devil while her demon Luci finds himself in Heaven. Meanwhile, King Zøg stays in the Twinkletown Insane Asylum, where the rumored curse would explore.

Now we know Zøg is no longer the king of the Dreamland, so it’s more likely that Bean would take his place. So we can expect that Bean would return to claim her crown instead of marrying the Devil. Further, Luci will undoubtedly find a way to return to Dreamland while Elfo is still in the cave. Now, it’s unclear when the table would turn. But it would be pretty interesting to watch.

Disenchantment Season 4: When Will It Release?

As of now, it’s unclear when the fourth season would air. But it’s worth noticing that there were 13 months gaps between the first two seasons. If Netflix follows the same structure, then we can expect that Disenchantment Season 4 would air earlier in 2022.
