The elite Las Encinas High School gang returns with a splash in Elite Season 2. Netflix renewed the series for another run soon after it premiered back in October 2018. The streamer finally announces a firm release date to mark in our calendars. Moreover, the latest trailer will surely give you chills. Netflix received tones and tones of appreciation for the release of this crazy crime drama. High school students Samuel, Nadia, and Christian, move to the most exclusive private school in Spain, Las Encinas. Then follows a series of befriending and snubbing other teens at the school, most of which belong to the “elite” group. However, the death of a fellow student marks the beginning of the absurd murder mystery.

The famous streaming platform released the crime drama series back in October 2018. Elite was heavily praised by critics and audience alike. Moreover, it brought in loads of success for Netflix. Over 20 million subscribers have viewed the series in just four weeks of the debut. Hence, due to the love it received, the streamer renewed the show for another run.

The renewal was announced barely two weeks after the premiere of the first installment. Since then, fans have been waiting for Elite Season 2, which is coming soon on the platform.

Who Is In The Cast Of Season 2?

The cast of the series includes several high-caliber performers that have proven their skills with the debut. All the students that were involved in the case of Marina’s murder are set to be back. This includes Samuel (Itzan Escamilla), Carla (Ester Expósito), Guzmán (Miguel Bernardeau), Nano (Jaime Lorente), Polo (Álvaro Rico) and all others. Moreover, Nadia (Mina El Hammani), Ander (Arón Piper), Omar (Omar Ayuso), and Lu (Danna Paola) will also return.
However, actress María Pedraza who plays Marina on the show may not return as much in Elite Season 2. Considering that her character is deceased, and she may only be back for several flashbacks. On the other hand, we may get to see a few new faces in the upcoming installment. Actor Jorge López will join the cast of the series as Valerio. Moreover, actresses Georgina Amorós, and Claudia Salas will pick up the role of all-new characters, Cayetana and Rebeca.
