Yes! Netflix has officially renewed the Spanish drama for another run. The renewal for the third season came four weeks after the premiere of second season on the streaming giant. The news came in officially when one of the cast member, Ester Esposito shared a video through Netflix’s official Twitter handle on Friday.
With the renewal announcement, another big news related to the upcoming season surfaced. The filming work for Elite Season 3 also completed. This came out as a pleasant shock for the fans. Because now, they will have the upcoming run of their favorite Spanish drama soon.

Elite Season 3: Cast Additions
Esposito’s video also revealed that some new cast members are joining the third season of Elite. Music artist Leiti Sene will play the character named Yeray. Along with him, Sergio Momo will play Malick. Even, Netflix officially shared the first look of the stars from the third season. Along with them, the entire main cast will surely return for Elite Season 3. The list includes Lu (Danna Paola), Carla (Ester Expósito), Polo (Álvaro Rico), and Omar (Omar Ayuso). Whereas, Ander (Arón Piper), Guzmán (Miguel Bernardeau) and Nadia (Mina El Hammani) will also be present.

What will happen in Elite Season 3?
Season 3 of Elite drama will pick up where the second season has left off. The upcoming season will put up some problematic time for Polo. Though he was arrested for the murder of Marina, he was shown back in school by the end moments of the second season. Therefore, the third season will likely feature a big confrontation scene between Guzman and Polo. Guzman has been completely devastated in the entire second season, and now, it will be the time to have the face-off with his sister’s murderer.
The third season would also clear the situation between Guzman and Ander. Their friendship came on the verge as Ander did not tell Polo’s secret to him. Meanwhile, Nadia’s sex tape got leaked in the second season. Therefore, she would tackle that situation and try to recover her image in the upcoming season of Elite.
