Created by Katja Blichfeld, Ben Sinclair, and Russel Gregory, High Maintenance is a blessing that every American adult needs. Providing a glimpse into the lives and routines of unusual New Yorkers, the show explores the lives of these unique people through a common bond, their weed deliveryman. Famous by the pseudo name, The Guy (Ben Sinclair) provides weed to the clients who are a group of characters with varied backgrounds around the city. Each episode features a new set of characters as they all obtain their cannabis from The Guy.
Back in 2013, High Maintenance debuted as a web series. And became Vimeo’s first funded original show in the following year. The series serves as a paradigm for all the comedians out, working hard on self-produced web videos.
Both Blichfeld and Sinclair write and direct every episode of the first season and more than half of the second season. The show debuted in 2012, followed by two more seasons in the last seven years. The previous season, which released early this year, achieved 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. All the seasons achieved higher acclaim from the critics and the viewers, as well.

The teaser for the upcoming season of High Maintenance got out, featuring Ben Sinclair all in demand, providing Marijuana to the one in need. The city that never sleeps needs that guy after all the damages, when they have no idea what to do. Sinclair is also set on his bicycle, return to HBO as the Friendly Neighborhood Weed Guy.
High Maintenance Season 4: Plot Details
In each episode, the show introduces a new crop of characters from New York and their varied stories told through the eyes of our Guy. While dropping off marijuana to his clients, he makes brief appearances in their lives to get a flash of their daily routines. This allows the audience to explore the existence of intriguing, colorful individuals from all walks of life. Season 4 will also feature the same plot-line and delve the viewers in the lives of different kinds of people, unraveling their miseries.
High Maintenance Season 4: Release Date
There had been a lot of up and down regarding the releases of High Maintenance. The first season of the show debuted in 2012, followed by a half-season in 2016 and the third season in 2019. However, the fourth season is coming way soon for the fans.
The filming for the fourth season started in late July and wrapped in late September. High Maintenance Season 4 is scheduled to be out on Friday, February 7, 2019. The series is available on HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand, and affiliate portals.
