His Dark Materials Season 3: A Possibility!
His Dark Materials is based on a trilogy novel. There are speculations with this fact that the series may continue till the third season. The actor, who plays the role of Parry on the show, shared with a media channel that they always talk about season 3. However, he added that he doesn’t know whether the third season will happen or not.
The actor may not tell, but the speculations say that the series will remain incomplete even after the release of sophomore, as it is based on books although everything is upto the showrunners. They may modify it to complete the story according to their will. Also, nothing is wrong in renewing season three. Will they think about it?
Cast & Other Details For Upcoming Season!
The majority of the old cast will return with the sophomore. Logan’s Dafne Keen will reprise her character as Lyra. James McAvoy will also return as Lord Asriel. His role is highly anticipated as Lord Asriel is not featured in the Subtle Knife. It will be interesting to watch how the showrunners will portray Lord Asriel’s character in the series. Besides, there is a cast addition. Andrew Scott is joining the show. He will play the role of Colonel John Parry, who is Will’s father. Nothing else revealed.
The filming was under process with the debut season. There’s a hope that they must have completed it till now. The upcoming season will consist of eight episodes.
