Netflix released the new promising trailer of volume 2 today, and it lights on different stories running at the same time. The frantic feeling associated with the future has somewhat changed as instead of moving ahead in time, the trailer takes us back to a different track. Beginning with the future, it quickly shifted to an imaginary world where the whales fly higher in the sky.
“It’s like a door open that leads to some other world which is trapped inside us,” as it said. However, there are still so many “why” which hadn’t been unveiled. But as the trailer proceeds, it blends with the future approach and humans dealing with some mega trouble. Well, the upcoming episodes would explore all kinds of things, including a giant foot, slow-motion Christmas, and the dog poop robot. Not to forget the sexual desires buried beneath the characters.

Howbeit the official cast announcement has yet to make, it’s safe to say that Tim Miller will return with some more experts to direct the upcoming season. Initially, Tim Miller and David Fincher brought this series to life. Besides, Joshua Donen and Jennifer Miller serve as the executive producer of the show. They have recently joined by the Oscar-nominated Jennifer Yuh Nelson as the supervising director. On which Yuh Nelson said they are trying to figure out who has managed to direct the story well.
Well, Jennifer Yuh Nelson has vast animation experience as she has been working in this industry for quite long years. Yuh Nelson has also led the blockbuster hit Kung Fu Panda 2 and 3. Thus, the diverse animated directors and talents worldwide have helped them blend the styles and stories from violent comedy to factual philosophy.
Love Death & Robots Season 2: When Will It Release?
You don’t have to wait that long as Love Death & Robots Vol 2 will soon return in a few weeks. Netflix recently confirmed that the second season will air on May 14, 2021. However, the second season would only consist of eight episodes. While the rest eight episodes will air sometime in 2022 in vol 3.
