She fled to Heaven after being cursed with mortality. The woman then came back to Earth to find Lucifer- her long lost love. Soon, Lucifer realized that Eve was mean who had come for her selfishness.
Meanwhile, Maze fell in love with Eve, and she broke her heart. At the end of season four, Eve left both Lucifer and Maze. Nobody had an idea where she went and whether she will return or not. Thanks to the media channel, who made such a big revelation of her come back.
Eve is the first woman whose return confirmed. However, she may give her guest appearances all over the season. Now, the question arises, for whom Eve will return? Is she coming back for Lucifer or Maze? If she returns for Lucifer, then Eve will help him to get out of his hellish situation. She may bring him back to Earth and reunite Lucifer with Chloe.
