Yes! You heard it right. The CW has officially renewed its newbie sci-fi drama, Pandora, for the second season. Pandora Season 2will be the next installment of the series. The show received renewal just two weeks after the debut season of the series wrapped up in October 2019.
The show is set in the year 2199, following Jacqueline ‘Jax’ Zhou, also known as Pandora. She is a young girl who loses everything after the death of her parents. Then she reaches the Earth’s Space Training Academy with a sense of purpose. There, Jax and her friends learn how to defend the galaxy from various threats, either human or alien. Although, when Jax learns some secrets regarding her identity, she gets obliged to know the real truth about her and what that ultimately means for the fate of humanity.
Though the first season did not receive much appreciation, the network saw some good strength and recharged the show for its second season. According to TV Series Finale, the show got a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 562,000 weekly viewers.

Pandora Season 2: Cast Details
The lead of the show, Priscilla Quintana, will return as Jax/Pandora. Moreover, the main cast from the first season will surely return. That includes Oliver Dench as Xander Duvall, Raechelle Banno as Atria Nine, John Harlan Kim as Greg Li, Ben Radcliffe as Ralen, Banita Sandhu as Delaney Pilar, Martin Bobb-Semple as Thomas James Ross and Noah Huntley as Professor Donovan Osborn. However, just like the first season, some big guest stars and cast regulars will also feature in the sophomore run as well. However, the channel has not provided any update in the context of cast additions yet.
Pandora Season 2: What Will Happen?
Things started to shake so much by the final episode of the first season. They all were picking up their pieces from the attack on the Fleet Training Academy by Leone Vokk (guest star Manu Bennett). Moreover, Jax and Xander needed to confront Tierney (guest star Tina Casciani) to stop her sinister plans for galactic domination. Meanwhile, the grassroots movement on Adar to run for Seeker had severe consequences for the clones as well as her friends. The upcoming season will also continue Jax’s journey of finding her true identity and her ultimate aim of existence.
Pandora Season 2: Release Date
