Queen of the South Season 5 Episode 4: Loyalties Will Be Questioned
After the events of the third episode, the upcoming Queen of the South Season 5 Episode 4 will see all the characters as they rethink their loyalties towards Teresa. She has lost the trust of some of her closest friends. All owing to her questionable actions. In the last episode, Marcel Dumas had to take the heat for the death of Judge Lafayette. Dumas was Teresa’s one of most trusted guys on the streets of New Orleans. Now with him being behind bars, and the unpredictability of his liability, the rest of Teresa’s team, will start questioning their loyalty.
In one of the most heartbreaking moments in the series, James Valdez will start wondering if he even made the right decision by coming back. Now, keeping in mind the current situations, tensions will rise. Everyone in the team starting to question their decisions about their loyalties.
Does Teresa Have A Plan Up Her Sleeve?
As the tension continues to rise in the season, there are a number of questions about what would and what would not happen. One thing that all the Queen of the South viewers is wondering is, would Dumas be able to strike a deal with Teresa from the jail even after being thrown under the bus? In the meantime, fans are still in disbelief that Teresa would let Dumas take the fall without having a plan up her sleeve to rescue him.
The network released the promo (that you can find above), and there are several comments on the clip where viewers have been speculating about what might be happening. One fan says that maybe both Teresa and Dumas might have planned something, and no one knows about it yet. The plot of the show always gets twisted.
This theory suggests that the pair had already discussed the next stage when Boaz went on a rampage to take the Judge down. Although Dumas hasn’t made it into Teresa’s inner circle as of yet, there are hints that they might have plans to get into business together.

Even from inside the jail, he could prove dangerous for her. So, if Teresa decides not to accept the proposal that he revealed in the clip, Dumas might be after Teresa’s business.
