In July, he posted a picture on his official Instagram handle, captioned, “Grand Tour film crew just receiving the news that they gave to work with us for another two years.”

In an interview with Metro, one of the hosts of the show, Jeremy Clarkson discussed the renewal of the show for Season 5. As per hi, they were signed up by Amazon to do three seasons, and everyone was like, ‘They’re going to do four’. However, they were only asked to do three. And now, they all are delighted that Amazon has asked them to do more.
Controversy Regarding The Grand Tour Season 5
Lately, rumors surfaced about the show being Homophobic. To that, Richard Hammond told Digital Spy as “It’s bloody annoying because we are not remotely homophobic as a show. If anybody takes something as homophobic, then yeah, I think we should remove it, because I don’t want to offend.”
Not just this, the show also went through allegations regarding racism and sexism. To that, Hammond stated that they’ve never said anything. ” Apart from that I’ve got a wife and two daughters who could beat the shit out of me,” he added.
Specials In The Grand Tour Season 5
The ongoing fourth season will have a series of specials, featuring the three hosts of the show. First one was Seamen, which was a getaway for three of them on the boat rides. However, there is no surety what the forthcoming season will bring. Will that have other specials like season 4, or will come back to its studio format?
