The first look image for the upcoming mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead is out. The image featured Dania Gurira’s Michonne seeking something for which she left by the end of the eighth season. Along with her, Virgil (Kevin Caroll) is also there, all scared and frightened. They are at the naval island base that he and his family call home. Michonne is there all set to destroy Alpha’s horde and silence the Whisperers once and for all.
The audience also knows that the upcoming few episodes will serve as the last watch of Michonne. Although, they are in utter difficulty to distinguish how her arc will end in the journey and how she will depart from The Walking Dead.
Angela Kang Discussing Dania’s Arc From The Walking Dead Season 10B
Previously, in an interview with TV Line, executive producer Angela Kang seem quite excited about Dania Gurira’s arc in the upcoming midseason. According to her, she is thrilled to have the audience see Danai’s work during this last arc on the show. Not just this, Kang also praised Gurira’s work and her contribution to the show for years. “She’s just amazing in this story that showcases Michonne’s leadership and strength, and her love for her people,” she added.
What Will Happen In The Walking Dead Season 10B?
The official synopsis for the midseason of the tenth season of The Walking Dead has arrived. As per that, the midseason premiere will showcase most of the leads of the show trapped in the cave, surrounded by the walkers. The audience also saw the same in the teaser released previously. Meanwhile, the other remaining ones are in a spiral of suspicion and grief and orchestrated at the hands of Alpha.
On the other hand, Alpha will keep her best foot forward to prove that the Whisperers are always watching and one step ahead of the communities. However, some of the survivors are still in hope, especially Eugene. As he is in contact with the mysterious voice over the radio, he feels that it will lead to their world getting bigger once again.
And the ultimate solution for all this Whisperer War is the collaboration of all the surviving communities. With all of them being together and sacrificing all they have, they can silence down all the Whisperers once and for all. Otherwise, Alpha will burn down the entire communities to doom.
