Titans Season 2: Teaser, Robin Turns Nightwing, Characters Joining The Teen Titans

Superheroes and Supervillains! Without them, the fantasy life of most of the population of the world is empty. And with the upcoming season of Titans Season 2, the fans will have some brand new heroes and villains in their plate.
Based on the DC comic books, the series focuses on a team, Teen Titans, a group of teenage superheroes joined to fight the evil.

Titans Season 2: Teaser Released At Comic-Con

The first look for the sophomore run of Titans recently released at this year’s Comic-Con. DC Universe panel at Comic-Con revealed the teaser, providing a quick revision of the debut season, along with some tiny glimpses of the brand new heroes as well as the villains, joining Titans Season 2. The teaser only spiced up the fans to know what is more for Titans and what will happen in Titans Season 2.

Titans Season 2: New Characters

The second season of Titans will feature a brand new set of anti-heroes and heroes. The trailer involved just the flashes of all the new incoming. Let us know them more. Some of the characters are also seen in the beloved animated DC Universe series, Young Justice and are also joining Titans Season 2.

Bruce Wayne

The rich superhero is all set to make his actual debut in Titans Season 2. The first season also featured him, but not as Bruce Wayne, but as Batman (played by stuntmen rather than a single actor). However, this time, Iain Glen (Jorah Mormont from Game of Thrones) has joined the series as our favorite, Bruce Wayne.

Aqualad

Drew Van Acker (Pretty Little Liars) is all set to kick off with his Aqualad in Titans Season 2. Though he actually plays Garth, an Atlantean royal who was both Aquaman’s teen sidekick and a co-founder of the Teen Titans in the comics. Aqualad possesses almost the same powers as that of Aquaman, though struggled more because of his mystical origin and weird purple eyes.

Jericho

Youtube star Chella Man is going to play Slade’s son Joseph, also known as, Jericho. Though he has not spoken ability because of a childhood injury, he has the power to take over other’s bodies just by the eye contact.

Deathstroke

Deathstroke will serve as the main antagonist for Titans Season 2. Played by Esai Morales (NYPD Blue), he will be the alter-ego of Slade Wilson, a superhuman assassin. The Titans will go against the Deathstroke in the second season.

Ravager

Slade’s daughter Rose, also known as Ravager, will make her debut in the second season of Titans. Chelsea Zang’s character also has the same superhero capabilities, but an unusual twisted relationship with her father has turned her upside down. She will be tasked to kill her brother Joseph, to become a hero.

Super Boy

The final episode of the first season teased the entry of Superboy in Titans. Joshua Orpin will play Conner Kent, who is a teen clone of Superman and Lex Luthor. The guy also suffers from a severe identity crisis.

The Sequel Will Introduce Nightwing

In the first season, the audience saw Brenton Thwaites’ Dick Grayson achieving almost retirement as Robin. He even burned down his Robin outfit that he usually carries around with him. This meant that the character’s arc has come to an end. Not just this, it also points towards the entry of Nightwing. And this only makes sense too. According to comic book also, after parting ways with Batman, Grayson switches from Robin to Nightwing to move on from his past.

Titans Season 2: Premiere Date

Along with the first look, the panel also announced the official premiere date for Titans Season 2. The second season is scheduled to release on September 6, 2019, on DC Universe.
