This January 27, Netflix announced that they have renewed Too Hot To Handle Season 2 for two more seasons. Brandon Riegg, The VP at Netflix for the unscripted and documentary season, says that the secret is out. They are thrilled to bring back Too Hot To Handle for two more seasons in the tropical paradise. He continued to say that Netflix members across the globe have fallen in love with the hilarious tricks and surprises of the first season.

Too Hot To Handle Season 2 Will Maintain The Surprise Elements
Recently, Deadline reported that the team has already started production on the second season. Netflix has been working on the upcoming series for months now. They have been shooting it under a pseudonym- “Parties in Paradise.” Viewers who know details about the first season of the show would know that the show was originally presented to contestants as “The Retreat.” Viewers would also know that contestants did not know about the concept of the show until they had met everyone else. The Robot Host Lana told them the news when the cast had had hours at the villa.
To preserve the element of surprise in Too Hot To Handle Season 2, the new cast was brought to the show under the name of Parties in Paradise. So, the people in the upcoming season who even know about the format and premise of the show wouldn’t know what they are getting into until they have arrived in paradise. The first season of the series was shot at a villa in Punta Mita, a private villa in Mexico. The upcoming season is being shot in the Caribbean paradise of Turks and Caicos.
Changes In The Next Season
The price that the contestants have to pay for the sexual tension is quite high on Too Hot To Handle. The season saw the penalty of $6,000 penalty for a blow job, and that raised many eyebrows. So, it looks like the prices might change in the upcoming season of the series.
In an interview with People, The producer of the show, Louise Peet, says that they knew that the breaches must have been fair and uniform all the way. So, they had decided that a kiss would be $3,000, but if another season happens, they will change the amount. They do not have set rules or a price list. So, anything can happen. They don’t know much about it.
