As fans would already know, the Coyote Pass land was about to be parted into five for the five Brown family members. However, as per a fan’s investigation, Kody and Robyn could be the sole owners now. On Reddit, Someone pointed out that the County website says that the four parcels on Coyote Pass only show Kody and Robyn’s names. Kody Winn Brown is the sole owner of two whole parcels, whereas he jointly holds the other two alongside Robyn Alice Brown. Neither of the parcel come under the names of Janelle, Meri, or Christine. Hence, as per the looks, the three “spiritual” wives do not legally own the land.

The Reddit user also highlighted that this information is based on county tax receipts and county parcel searches. So, it is not exactly verified. Other fans one the thread talked about how Robyn is the only legal wife, which is why she owns exactly half of everything Kody has. However, this still does not justify why the rest of the wives can’t own their portions of the Coyote Pass. TV Season & Spoilers will try to collect more information about the topic and keep the TLC fanbase updated. What do you think about the property distribution? Do you think it is unfair? Sister Wives: Has Kody & Robyn Bought Off Christine Brown’s Portion Of The Coyote Pass?

While the above-mentioned information is yet to be verified, fans currently know that Kody was planning to split the family land into five parcels. While Robyn and Janelle got the biggest portions, Christine and Meri had to resort to smaller ones. However, this happened when Christine was still “spiritually” married to the polygamist. As of the current timeline, she has already announced her separation from Kody, calling out their “spiritual” divorce. So, fans wonder if the ex-wife still owns the Coyote Pass land.

A lot of fans on the internet believe that Kody will most probably buy out Christine now that they are divorced. Other speculations suggested that Christine has already received the money as she has been living in an expensive house in Utah. As per reports, the mom-of-six is residing in a rental duplex alongside her youngest child, Truely Brown. In October 2021, she ended up selling her Flagstaff house for $700K.
