Carol (Melissa McBride) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) took away a Whisperer hostage (James Parks) back to Alexandria. The Walking Dead Season 10 Episode 7 Spoilers: Promo Out
The network released the preview for the upcoming penultimate episode of this season’s run. The official plot for the seventh episode titled “Open Your Eyes” has also released. As per that, “Carol pushes boundaries that make Daryl uncomfortable; Alpha and Beta have reservations about someone.” And it seems like this someone is Negan. We already saw him doing everything to infiltrate the Whisperers.
Moreover, it looks like time that another character from the show is going to die soon. Although Ezekiel has cancer, things also don’t look much better for Rosita (Christian Serratos). The promo featured her, and she is bedridden, her condition is deteriorating day by day.
Carol Up For Revenge
Now, Carol has got this fever of taking revenge from Alpha, by hook or by crook. And that seems right as well, as she wants to avenge the murder of his son Henry (Matt Lintz). At the San Diego Comic-Con in July, Norman Reedus has also revealed to Entertainment Weekly that Carol has become a real pain in the butt for Daryl this season. As he stated, “She’s a problem this year, you know what I’m saying?
However, this revenge feeling is coming on very hard on Carol, as she is starting to have self-destructive behaviors. She is relying on keep-awake pills to keep an eye everywhere. And that is producing disturbing hallucinations on her. As a result of that, she shot off at Alpha during a meeting at the border, where she discovered Henry’s decapitated head. And now, she has imprisoned a Whisperer after lying to Daryl.
After the third episode premiere, Angela Kang discussed Carol to EW. As she revealed, “For Carol, the stakes are so high because of what happened to her son Henry. And I think in this episode what we’re really seeing, and Melissa McBride just portrays the role so beautifully. It’s just the depth of her grief and sorrow and how much of it she’s been hiding away from everybody in the group. That comes bubbling up to the surface in some of the key moments, such as when she’s at the border with Alpha.”
