Cameras captured every corner as Aaron toured the home. In one bathroom, he pointed to countertops filled with half-used makeup products. “She buys makeup and keeps buying makeup, and gets more makeup,” he remarked, suggesting a pattern of excessive spending and disorganization.

Richards, however, has painted a very different picture in legal filings. The 54-year-old actress claimed she moved out of the home two years ago. She alleged that Phypers and his family, who continue to live in the lower level with her 15 dogs, caused “severe damage” to the property. Denise also stated she informed Phypers that he would be responsible for rent starting in January, but claimed he hasn’t paid.

As a result, Phypers and his family are now facing eviction proceedings. A judge has even approved Denise’s request, allowing her to retrieve her pets and personal belongings without violating the restraining order against Phypers. Aaron, however, continues to deny responsibility for the state of the house. “I don’t know if it’s hoarding. It’s something,” he told Inside Edition.
