DDWTD: Deon Derrico Sues His Real Estate Partner Amid Ongoing Feud With Ex Karen!

DDWTD star Deon Derrico appears to be too busy with his legal issues lately. He is already trying to protect himself and his children since the death threats from his ex, Karen. Well, the Doubling Down With The Derricos star appears to have now sued his real estate partner over some dispute. Deon is in the middle of an ugly fight with Karen and is making shocking accusations against her.

He opened up about her constant threats and changes in behavior over the past few months. The reality TV star hoped to sort things out and co-parent their children together. But Deon had filed a protective order against his former wife over the alleged threats against their kids. Well, he appears to have taken some legal help again over another dispute. 

DDWTD: Deon Accused Karen of Harassment & Violating A Restraining Order!

DDWTD star Deon Derrico has been making major accusations against his ex-wife, Karen. Things went downhill when the latter got arrested for harassment, violating a restraining order, preventing a witness from testifying through threat of violence, and aggravated stalking. TMZ also obtained an audio of Karen having a heated argument with some of her kids.

She was yelling and fighting over the phone call. The reality TV star warned one of his kids when he accused her of threatening to kill him. However, Karen explained, “I said I’ll kill you if you piss me off … because you’re disrespecting me because your little behind is enabled.” She also sent some threatening emails, according to People Magazine, where she allegedly threatened to kill her ex and any of their kids who support him.

DDWTD: Deon Filed A Case Against His Real Estate Partner!

Deon Derrico is trying to resolve all the legal issues with his ex, Karen. He has filed for a restraining order against her over the alleged death threats. Well, the DDWTD star filed a case against his real estate partner, Tyrone Sprewell. Deon allegedly sued the latter for attempting to sell a home they own together. He accused his partner of trying to sell the property because they had fully resolved their ownership dispute.

TMZ  revealed that the Doubling Down With The Derricos star claimed to have a 25% stake in the home, independent of Tyrone. Deon insisted that his partner needed to sign off before he could unload the place. Hence, he believes he could be irreparably harmed if his partner sold the house before everything is resolved.

The TLC star also requested that the judge pause the house sale for now. Deon surprised viewers with his new legal war amid the ongoing troubles with his wife. He is already dealing with a lot and is afraid of his kids’ safety. The reality TV star accused his former wife of sending threatening emails and violating the protective order.

Karen has pleaded not guilty and is ready to prove the claims wrong. She is out on a $2000 bond, and her attorney called the evidence fabricated.
